Challenge: Wolf Pack Moms provides small grants to support educational and extracurricular needs for students in the Steele Creek area. However, many applicants—teachers, staff, and families—struggled to understand the grant categories, eligibility requirements, and step-by-step process. This often resulted in incomplete or misaligned applications, creating delays and frustration for both applicants and the review team.
Solution: I created a clear, visually engaging job aid that breaks down the 5 essential steps of applying for a Wolf Pack Moms grant. The checklist-style design uses plain language, clean formatting, and branded visuals to make the process accessible at a glance. By simplifying complex instructions into actionable tasks, this job aid helps applicants confidently navigate the process, ensuring accurate, complete submissions and improving the overall grant application experience.
